AAI Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has published a notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistants (Fire Services) under NE-4 level in the Eastern Region. The recruitment is only for candidates who are domicile of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Sikkim. • 10th Pass with 3 years regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Fire Engineering,
• 12th Pass (Regular Study).
  

Driving License Requirements

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least 1 year before 1st November 2024
• Valid Light Motor Vehicle License issued at least 2 years before 1st November 2024.

(Note: Candidates must acquire a Heavy Vehicle Driving License within one year of appointment if selected.)

• Minimum Age: 18 years.
• Maximum Age: 30 years as of 1st November 2024.
• Age relaxation:

  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules.

1. Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Duration: 2 hours
• Subjects
  • Part A: Subject-related questions (50%)
  • Part B: General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English (50%)
• Minimum qualifying marks:
  • UR/OBC/EWS: 50 out of 100
  • SC/ST: 40 out of 100
• Stage 2: Physical Fitness Test
  • Physical Measurements
  • Endurance Tests: 100m running, casualty carrying, pole climbing, rope climbing, ladder climbing.

  • Selected candidates will undergo 18 weeks of Basic Training Course (BTC).
